Home Health Aide Ready to Hire in Chico

Certified Home Health Aides!!! HHCM is recruiting for an overnight Full-time Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to work Saturday-Wednesday, overnight from 11pm -7am in Chico, CA. Duties: · Assists patient with personal care activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meal formulas by G-Tube, incontinent care, dressing and undressing, ambulation, safe transfer with Hoyer lift and other activities as needed. · Performs duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner · Notifies the office of any abnormal findings or conditions Licenses/Certifications: · Current HHA certification with the CA Department of Health Services Licensing & Certification Board. · Current CPR certification · Current California Driver’s License · Proof of current Auto Insurance coverage The ideal candidate has: · Previous home heath experience (preferred) · Patient-interaction skills · Experience with ADLs · Experience with Hoyer Lifts · Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a timely and orderly manner · Proof of COVID vaccination and fully boosted and/or has medical or religious exemption. Salary and benefits (Full-time) employees: · Dependent on experience range is $18-$20 hour · Vacation, holiday, sick time, medical, dental vision and life insurance packages · 401K plan with employer matching contributions · FSA Plan · Mileage reimbursement between clients · Payday is weekly on Fridays ***This is NOT a position for Caregivers or Registry Aides *** but for a home health aide who has completed both the CNA and Home Health Aide training and has received the necessary certification. Supervisors are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
