Requirements: Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state. Minimum of 1 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a home care or community health setting. Knowledge and proficiency in various nursing procedures, including wound care, medication administration, and health assessment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and the healthcare team. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to make sound clinical judgments. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Compassion, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care. Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
