Assisted Living Manager for Home-Based Assisted Living

The selected candidate will be the Alternate Assisted Living Manager (AALM) for Country Gardens Assisted Living 12752 Scaggsville Rd. Highland, MD 20777 This selected candidate must be currently licensed as an Assisted Living Manager in Maryland. Duties include hiring and managing the staff of the home, managing resident care, setting schedules, approving menus, managing the financials for the home, marketing and sales to bring in new residents, managing the day to day operations, handling medications, and directing staff and associated workers and contractors as necessary.
