As a Charge Nurse you are accountable for providing exceptional care for our residents by; observing, assessing and reporting changes in the residents conditions, implements service plans; consults with medical professionals, families, residents, and staff regarding changes in resident conditions and service plans as needed; administers the medication program; and supervises and improves the quality of resident care services.
This position works under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON).
