Caregiver Job Description
We are seeking Experienced Caregivers (5+ years of experience and GA certifications met), empathetic, and reliable Individuals who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with daily activities. The hours are based on the client's needs (not ideal for candidates looking for set hours). Responsibilities of a Caregiver: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up. Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Qualifications: Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required) Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
