RiverMead is seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team. As a Registered Nurse (RN/LPN), you can work in a supportive and collaborative environment, utilizing your expertise to deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents. We offer our staff competitive wages and excellent benefits, including a retirement savings plan with a 6% match, a generous paid time off program, and several shift differentials. 2nd shift = $2.50 per hour 3rd shift = $3.50 per hour Weekends = $1.50 per hour (Friday 5 PM-Sunday midnight) Responsibilities Provides and directs nursing care to assisted living residents during the shift, based on RiverMead policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. Provides services requiring nursing skills per the plan of care and physician's orders and makes the resident's initial assessment. Demonstrates competency in all skills required. Assesses and regularly reassesses the resident's nursing needs; initiates, develops, implements, and makes necessary revisions to the resident's plan of care in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, other departments, the resident, and the resident's family; assesses the resident's continual care needs. Recommends and initiates diagnostic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing procedures appropriate to the resident's care and safety. In cooperation with the resident's physician, referrals to other disciplines are made as indicated by the resident's needs. Performs therapeutic procedures such as administration of medications, immunizations, wound care, and managing infection. Qualifications Degree in nursing from a program accredited by the National League for Nursing. Licensed as a Practical Nurse by the State of New Hampshire Current CPR certification is required.
