Registered Nurse

Phillips County Retirement Center is a 40 bed nursing facility looking for an energetic, compassionate, and caring RN to join our team.  -Schedule: 12-hour shifts -Shift and weekend differential -Provide direct nursing care to residents in a nursing home setting in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization -Monitor, record and communicate resident condition as appropriate -Note and carry out physician and nursing orders -Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate
