Part-time HHA - Day Shift 7am - 7pm

Gracefully at Home is a chronic illness management and support home health care agency. We work with retired executives and busy professionals who do not want the stress of family caregiving but want to see their loved ones thrive outside of a long-term care facility. We have a special department that helps older patients to GET HOME, STAY HOME, STAY OUT OF THE HOSPITAL, and THRIVE, living life on their own terms regardless of any life-limiting diagnosis. This role is for a wonderful woman in her 80s who has some short-term memory impairment and requires patience, great listening skills, compassion, dependability, reliable transportation, attention to detail, and the ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday as needed.
