In home care provider

Responsibilities: - Visit clients in their home and provide cares according to their specific care plan. - Assist clients with personal cares and ADL's. - Run errands for and with clients. - Accurate documentation and charting. Requirements: - Must have a valid driver's license and insurance. - Good communication skills are necessary to report client changes and concerns to the office/RN. - Criminal background check and license verification are required. - Applicants must be dependable and trustworthy. Benefits: - Supplemental insurance with employee contributions. - 90-day performance review with annual reviews after the first 3 months. - Mileage reimbursement when running errands for clients. - Paid break between clients. - Flat rate reimbursement when traveling more than 25 miles to a scheduled client's home. - Paid training (must remain employed for 90-days to be eligible for initial training pay). - PTO
