She has G -tube and tracheostomy in place; receiving nebulizer treatment every 6 hours as needed for SOB, she requires frequent suctioning due to mucus buildup, use Hoyer lift when transferring from bed to wheelchair during the day. She is highly prone to seizure activities, unsafe to leave home unattended.
