Registered Nurse (RN) & Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are currently interviewing and hiring for a Registered Nurse & Licensed Practical Nurse. As a Home Health RN & LPN you will be working in the field and be responsible for medical and physical care of assigned clients in their home and to ensure that the most appropriate care is administered. The successful candidate will: Provide a wide range of nursing care to patient in the home care setting. Oasis assessments, quality care, teaching of patients and caregivers, and performance of skilled procedures. Positive attitude Deliver care based on Standards of practice in the state and must be in compliance with company policy and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Florida Minimum of two (2) years current experience in home health; and one (1) year supervisory experience for RN.
