Registered Nurse (RN)

We are on an ongoing recruitment drive for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) WITH DIALYSIS EXPERIENCE to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in deers head hospital Center in accordance with the established care plan. You will work under the supervision of a doctor. RN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. - Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file - Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding and dressing. - Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication -Update patient records in a confidential manner - Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff - Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families - Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly - Move patients from wheelchairs, beds and gurneys - Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients - Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health - Preparing patients for exams and treatment - Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions Pay
