Home Care RN Supervisor (Part-time)

The RN Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of clients, caregiver training, and caregiver supervision. This individual will create and update clients’ care plans and ensure the provision of quality services that meet applicable state/federal guidelines and are in accordance with the policies and procedures of Because We Care for You. Qualification/Prerequisites: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing RN License Minimum of two year's nursing experience, preferably with home care experience Licensed driver with at least one year clean driving record Can pass a background check and drug screen Responsibilities/Activities Admission of new clients to service 90-day supervisory visits Prepare, evaluate and revise the Care Plan, as necessary Supervise the caregiver in the home Instruct caregivers in the proper use of practices, procedures and equipment Participate in in-service training programs and staff meetings All other duties assigned by Agency Director
