Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description

Scope of Responsibility: To supervise all nursing personnel on assigned shifts and to assist with the delivery of excellent, loving care to all our residents. To monitor all nursing personnel in the performance of their duties and give timely relevant evaluations of their work. To observe and assess individual resident needs in all areas, including physical, emotional, spiritual, and social and to assist in developing care plans to meet those needs. To assist in the initial and ongoing training of nursing aid staff. To work as a team to meet the needs of our residents and their family members in excellent customer service. To ensure that each resident receives quality care. Qualifications Qualifications: RN or LPN with a current Indiana license in good standing. Experience in Long-Term Care is a plus! Physical Demands: stand/walk/communicate, hear, see, and use of fingers/hands constantly; sit, lift, carry objects, and pushing/pulling occasionally.
