Luke did an excellent job of explaining the various options available to us at Northridge Village. The materials that he gave us as we left were very comprehensive and professionally done. The walk around tour was extensive and very informative. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. The individuals who allowed us to look at their apartments were very friendly and open to our questions. Northridge Village is a beautiful facility.
We toured the facility with Luke & was very impressed with the levels of care & overall appearance of all areas we visited. The residents we encountered appeared happy & the staff knowledgeable & caring. A lot of thought went into building this state of the art care facility & no detail had been left out as far as providing a safe, clean & welcoming environment to live in. We would feel great comfort if our loved one ends up having to stay there. Luke did a great job showing us around & listening to our concerns & answering all of our questions! Highly recommend.
Northridge Village impressed us with its warm, inviting and friendly environment. It impressed me as a place where you could really feel ‘at home.’ The staff was very helpful, kind and pleasant.
The facility is beautiful!! It was so welcoming, organized & “homelike”! Luke was a great tour guide & funny! Thanks so much for the great experience! Our mom has now been at Maggie’s Place for two weeks and it’s just perfect for her!! The staff is amazing and we just can’t thank everyone enough!! It’s been the easiest transition thanks to Allyson, Kim, Kelly, Maddie & the entire staff!!
This is the kind of place I always wanted to find for my mom when the time came to move her to a long term care facility. Northridge Village goes above and beyond to make sure all their residents are well taken care of and they feel like this is home. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for my mom. They are absolutely the best!
