This is the second time I've put my mom here due to the fact that she was bed redden before and got better but now she is getting older and I really cannot take care of her like she needs to be taken care of. My mom can be a hand full and if she doesn't like something, she will definitely let you know. Which is why I'm comfortable with here being here. I visit her very frequently along with some of my other siblings. Everyone loves her here and she loves them too. Everytime I come she makes sure everyone knows me and the staff is always courteous. I'm not sure why the low score but from my experience, and my mom's, I think they are wonderful.
I encourage who ever has a loved one or someone they care about to reconsider. Facility is run down and filthy. The state should have regulations regarding this, building and residents rooms are falling apart. Residents laying in filth with files on residents body, nets flying around over residents medicine and hands covered in feces. Not ok! Another residents wound was not cared for properly and resulted in an infection. Which still wasn’t been cleaned. When asked why two nurses were sitting at the desk and one aide to each hall with no assistance, answer was they were understaffed. If facility is willing to pay agency staff extra, then pay the workers who actually work there at least 20 an hour. As more than half the residents are two person assist. Which contributes to the lack of care. Lifts and other assistive equipment need to be in place as well. Recommend at least 3 aides to each hall, 2 aides to each hall to split each hall and 1 aide added to each hall to help with lifting, changing and whatever proper care is needed. Recommend nurses to help assist as well and ensure wounds etc. are taken care of properly. State should check in on facility once a month anonymously. Why? To ensure the safety and conditions are safe and sanitized. Recommend remodel and update building or new building for sure, because mold and ceiling falling apart. This review is keeping things cordial as the conditions are horrid and go a lot deeper than this review.
Wow! From the executive directors to the admissions exec Reliable home health is very professional and exclusively clean. Reliable hire professional nurses, patient caring certified nurses aids their mentoring is continuous by head nurses. There is a excellent Rehabilitation center that’s operated by some of the best technicians, “ l would go back for just that professionalism which was very encouraging”. I recommend Reliable for a clean, loving and healing atmosphere.
If I could put a negative star on here I would. They haven’t even tried working with my papa at all. We’re trying to get him out of here ASAP. He has a roommate who can’t speak and they have been so hateful to him and now they started being hateful to my grandfather. There is no communication going on here. The nurses are beyond rude. If you can go somewhere else please do!
Reliable Healthcare is a wonderful Nursing Home. The Managers are AMAZING. The PCC, ADON, DON and nursing staff are really good. they are TEAM RELIABLE. The Activity Department is great as well. Don't always believe the comments that's stated. Reliable is a wonderful nursing home and the front office girl is very helpful.
