Absolutely wonderful care! I am very impressed. It may not look like much on the outside but the care is wonderful. They took my mom who had stage 4 pressure sores, from the hospital, down to presenting as a 2. I recommend them. I am a nurse and have worked at many facilities.
My uncle is currently in this facility. It's definitely not a place to have your loved one placed in at all. The wheelchairs have no feet rests on them and for those who can't use thier feet it can be horrible. Their feet get tangled underneath and they go flying out of it. When you ask the staff they say of course that there are none. Ridiculous.. That's not the only thing, after falling and getting hurt he has yet to see the doctor. I mean seriously?? What kind of place is this??Come on.. I have also heard other family members that there was bowel movement all over the walls and some of the other patients were half falling out of their beds. This kind of neglect is totally uncalled for and not alright.. period.. it's really sad seeing as how you want the best care for your family member and at this facility you are not going to get it.. definitely not a good place. This is an honest review, I think you should know before you ever even consider it as a place for your loved one.
My sister passed away peacefully in their care. She was a resident and was very needy in so many ways. The Director, Director of Nursing, Nurses, Social Workers and other supportive staff members where the Professional, Caring, Attentive, and Compassionate. They're is a Team Member Spirit that allows you COMFORT in knowing your loved member is in there hands. We are in the Medical field and a Primary Care Internist/Director of federal clinics. They check all the boxes for a high score from us. Thank you again
The people are friendly and Mom looks well taken care of every time I visit. I was an emotional wreck when I had to leave her there but the staff’s support gets me through every step of her care. My experience with all staff members, from custodial, nursing, to directors has been a positive one. I give the place 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement.
My Dad broke out with a bad rash every where and the staff didn’t know what caused it. And a month later they wanted to sent him to the Dermatologist to see what caused it. They said it was probably their laundry detergent.
