Had a family member stay here for a couple months this year while we couldn't take care of them at home. The staff is exceptional at what they do, the nurses are great, the food is great, the quality of care definitely contributed to their recovery, the activities helped keep their mental state stable. As of now they're close to being back to where they were before running into health issues. Will definitely recommend to others in the future for care and physical rehabilitation.
Amazing short rehab team and their equipment is excellent! Nurses are responsive and friendly! The ice cream is amazing! Great place to get loved ones feeling better and also has a great long term nursing home side as well!
I had a family member stay here. For the most part I was happy with their care. What I was not impressed with was the staff’s unprofessionalism. I often heard them arguing in front of residents and family. Neveah is a nurse that I heard speak negatively about residents and her coworkers. Management should crack down on the gossiping and mean girls.
Monument Stonecreek in Bountiful was excellent. My husband has cancer and was in skilled nursing 3 weeks there after surgery, the staff and management were wonderful . I felt he was in good hands with Nurses and CNA staff, attentive, caring and kept me notified on his medications etc. He was in a previous facility in Ogden were he was rushed with sepsis to McKay Dee in bad shape and the care at Momument was above and beyond the previous experience and able to return home feeling better thanks to caring staff at Stonecreek.
Zero star rating. Essentially, they killed my mother-in-law. She was given the wrong medications and died only a couple of days later. They lied about what happened to her and did not give us the entire story, but rather tried to cover it up. Thankfully we know a couple of people there who told us the truth. The care is poor. They have way too many patients for how many nurses/cna's they have at any given time. DO NOT send your loved one here if you really care about their wellbeing. This was at the Bountiful location if you were wondering. Hopefully a few people see this before they take it down (because they will). If we can help only one other family steer clear of this place, then this post was worth it.
