BOURNE MANOR EXTENDED CARE FACILITY

I’m extremely disappointed with this facility. From the moment you walk in, the smell is unbearable — it hits you like a filthy public restroom. There’s no friendly greeting, no sense of care, just a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere. My father came in with a walker and somehow it vanished. No one has answers, no one seems to care. The level of treatment here is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of respect for the patients. Stay away at all costs. I will gladly remove this review if my father’s walker is returned and he’s treated with the dignity he deserves.

I would highly recommend you NEVER send your loved ones to this facility or any connected to them. My uncle was here they never took care of him correctly, never got his medical appointments or wound care set. Swore at him and verbally abused him and his roommate. Didn't clean him or his bed. The list goes on and on of how negligent the entire place is. Its only care is money not the people they need to take care of its disgusting and upsetting how poorly they treat your loved ones.

Bourne Manor Skilled Nursing Facility provided exceptional care for my father. From the moment we interacted with the admissions staff, we experienced outstanding customer service. They were responsive, informative, and made the entire process seamless, which was a relief after struggling to get responses from other rehabs. The nursing and physical therapy teams at Bourne Manor are truly excellent and compassionate. They ensured that my father was comfortable and had everything he needed to maintain his independence. The care he received was top-notch, and it was evident that the staff genuinely cared about his well-being. He raved about the nurses and staff in unit 1. I interacted with the lead nurse on several occasions and felt like I got good updates and they took ample time to explain the medical issues and next steps. I highly recommend Bourne Manor to anyone in need of skilled nursing care. Their dedication to patient care and their professional, compassionate approach make all the difference.

If I were only rating the Staff, Bourne Manor would get 5 stars. My husband was recently discharge after a short term rehabilitation post hospital stay. I would like to thank the CNA’s and the Nurses that took care of my husbands daily needs. The Physical and Occupational Therapist were a pleasure to work with. My husband and I were very pleased with the care and compassion the entire staff at Bourne Manor gave to us.

My Mom, Eva, was here a few months ago for about one month, and the whole staff was amazing, from the nurses, doctor, physical therapists, activities director, hairdresser, and Kim in the office. She loved her cheery room in the back facing the parking lot with the big window with all her flowers/plants in it. Everyone there gave her such good care, I can't thank them enough.
