Workman Circle is clean. Its staff are courteous, professional, accommodating. Rooms are spaciously adequate that contain closets and drawers for personal items. Patients are provided phones so they can be called via the main number. I was pleasantly surprised how well decorated the facility is and how nice the grounds are arranged. Although there is minimal parking at the facility, parking can be found around the blocks within walking distance. The food service is good and the food smelled appetizing. Patience eating in dining areas seemed satisfied. They also had vending machines for drinks and snacks available to all. It's a nice place.

The environment not only is it clean but smelt clean throughout It seemed very quiet and peaceful Calm My aunt Iris was a patient. But she wanted to go back to Jamaica to her own home Her stay was uneventful Her medical was quite effective as it seems No more falls ... She liked it there just stayed abit too long. We were not quite sure of her disposition. And by the way we communicate with Aunt Iris quite frequently and at 91 she hasn't had another fall since she left that facility .. Well done!

I am very dissatisfied with the care my mother is receiving at this nursing home. We were told she would be receiving rehab services, but she has not been, and now we’re being told those services may be discontinued. My sisters and I have called numerous times to speak with the Director of Nursing and the Administrator, but no one has ever returned our calls despite being told they would. We also reached out to the social worker to request a transfer to another facility, but again, we have not received any response. The lack of communication and follow-through is extremely concerning, and we feel our mother’s needs are being neglected. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

My grandma was sent to this facility for a few weeks of rehabilitation. Although the staff were kind the cleanliness was not up to par. In the first 30minutes I was there many roaches passed by and the room was dirt and smelled. I had to clean the personal storage area part of the floor. I will ask for a transfer.

Everytime I come, the people are welcoming and nice, my mother seem to like being here for the most part (Of course she miss being home with me and her Grandson). I'm happy she is smiling here and taken care of okay.
