Aristacare at Cherry Hill

The staff cant handle individuals they are rough and abusive towards patients that can be outspoken, my mother was here to be helped to strengthen her legs, after a few weeks she begged me to take her out of there said they weren't giving her meds right, my mom can be stubborn but to be mean rude and rough with a 77 year old is pretty pathetic!! They stopped taking care of her, so I arranged her to be able to stay at our place, had a bed set up, and got everything she would need, My mother was supposed to be transported to my home, the day they where supposed to bring her they never called nor showed so I went to check what was going on, sge wasnt in her room on the 1st floor, she was put on 2nd floor, when I went to this room they had 7 other women in it it as well, it smelled so bad of urine, it was absolutely disgusting I approach my mother and she wasn't responding and she was Grey, my son came up checked her vitals, she was almost gone? he pushed for an ambulance to take her and him to Lady Of Lourdes emergency department, the Dr's where able to revive her , but her liver, heart, and kidneys where all failing!!!!??? 2 days later my mother passed away at the hospital! I feel so horrible cause if i moved faster and believed her when she told me they where rough and mean, I would have never lefted her, I feel so guilty, My mother was supposed to go into this place for rehabilitation!! My mom tried to tell me how abusive the staff have been and they also stole her necklace right off her neck and clothes. The head nurse is rude an unprofessional, never smiled never was helpful, Please all beware of trusting this place with your elderly parents especially if they are tough, we trusted this place to help my mother and she died instead!!! My mom didnt deserve this kind of treatment, my family is devastated. Its taken me sometime to place this review, cause my heart is broken my brother and I choose this place, thought they would help.. These places dont have staff that are caring responsible towards their patients!! There where only 3 individuals that where kind and helpful towards nu mother 2 where nurses and the other kind soul was the cleaning lady!!! Really look into places like this they hire individuals that pick and choose who they like. First floor pretty much is clean, the 2nd floor is a mess!!! I seen staff joking around on their phones while patients werent being taken care of!! Thank God I got there in time to get my mom out of there to a hospital otherwise she would have passed in that place!!

Therapy is very very good they got Rokell out of her slump she was in I couldn’t believe it we thought she was done. Also the Aides and her nurses have been wonderful. That Olivia is something else she is A-1 In our book. I’m so glad she is apart of Aristacare at cherry hill good job for hiring her. The staff is awesome.

I want to say tomecca is a tremendous person she is the best. David the administrator is a good person he is here for the residents. Olivia is the same at all times any complaints she is here for us Julie the social worker always there for me. I love it here I been here for 3 months but I'm long term. I love my nurses as well specially angel. Rita is awesome as well

I have a desr friend that resides with Arista Care Facility in Cherry Hill NJ. The Staff has been phenomenal since day one. Caring for my friend with compassionate care and empathy. The service had been immaculate from the cleaning of the floors to the health care of the residents. I receive regular updated on my friends condition and health concerns. Overall the service at your facility is adequate and consistent.

Olivia did an outstanding job with handling any situation that I had she arranged for me to get double portions and I get them I asked for a better environment I got it. I like my nurses and aides on chapel unit. Administration is awesome. Olivia has made my stay here wonderful she has had my back since day one and I appreciate her. My meals are good. Aristacare at cherry hill rocks. I would recommend this place to everyone don't listen to here say come check it your self. Social worker Julie is great and Daniella
