My mother received excellent care at Norwood Towers! The staff is wonderful, so caring and compassionate. If we had a guestion or a concern it was addressed immediately. After working with therapy, nursing staff and the rest of her care team, she successfully returned home. We are grateful for the care and team members that made that possible! Thank you!

This place is beyond disgusting! You can tell with facilities how residents are treated based on if they have money or not. It’s sad! This place is infested with roaches and some were even crawling on the residents bed. If you’re OCD like me then this will have you sitting like a statue not wanting to touch nothing. It’s apparent that administration could care less, it’s all about a coin. The main concern should be a sanitary place for residents to live as well as their safety. The rooms are nasty, there are no lights inside of the linen or storage closets so you have to use the light on your cell phone. You are assigned to many ppl with some weighing 400+ pounds that take 3 ppl to help. I was also told by staff that crack pipes were found in the facility from residents. I mean what in the world? It’s just overall a mess and I knew after that 1 time I WOULD NEVER RETURN AGAIN. I wouldn’t put a dog in this place. Do BETTER & focus on truly doing what’s best for the residents. Good day!

My family member was there for rehab because they were in the hospital and needed to get stronger. They would call me to try to get ahold of someone there because they were not taking care of them, wasn't changing them. My family member was suppose to be doing rehab to get out of there, and they only did a couple of days worth the whole time they were there. Left her in bed over a weekend, didn't even get them up. When I called and talked to their nurse, she was rude, said my family member was basically lying and didn't know what she was talking about and I tried to get a name and she hung on me. Communication is absolutely horrible! My family member left there after 3 weeks, and came home but was so weak because they didn't work with them they had to go back to the hospital and spend another 4 weeks at another facility where they were taken care of very well, and got the rehab they needed to return home. My family member also mentioned that a nurse was at the their roommates side of the room eating some of their pudding off their tray. Don't send your family member here!
