We are completely in awe of how well run this nursing home is. We placed our father in here after checking out many other nursing homes. This one was clean, it smelled good, there were multiple activities for the residents, and the staff were all pleasant while they worked. The entire staff bent over backwards to answer our questions day or night. They loved on my dad and always treated him with utmost respect. I was alerted about every important thing that happened with dad, laundry was washed quickly, a nice variety of food was given, and call lights were answered in a timely manner. When dad was passing away last night, the staff came in constantly to check on him, they tenderly repositioned him, they bathed him, they brought us snacks so that we could stay with him, and they cried when he died. He was truly family to them. Today when we came back, a beautiful white rose was on dad's pillow. While we cleaned out his room, each staffer came to hug us and let us cry on their shoulder when we needed to. Thank you for all your love shown!

My grandma lived here. The sink in her bathroom fell off the wall and crushed my grandpa's foot. The sink remained unrepaired for several months. When she was dying they only came to check her 3 times the whole day. They didn't move her and she had horrible skin lesions because they didn't change her soiled pants. I was also there during a tornado. None of the staff had a clue what to do and was asking us what they should be doing. We had to tell them to get ALL the residents to a safe place. I have many more bad experiences with this place. I wouldn't EVER again leave a loved one here.

I was there visiting my grandma and we waited over 30 minutes for the staff to come put her in bed after she was falling asleep in her wheelchair and we had to go ask the desk 2 times before someone came to help. Then when we were ready to leave we waited over 5 minutes at the door with a code on it with no one at the front desk to let us out with 3 adults standing in an office off to the side and we had to leave so we had to set the alarm off to get out. We are not happy with our vist today.
