Be careful about the staff here they do not care about their patients. They care more about playing on their phones video chatting with people then the health and safety of the residence of living here. I could report several HIPAA violations but what's the point when management doesn't care what their staff does. I don't understand why they would allow their phones on them 24/7 and allow their nurses to be on video chats and take pictures all the time. If you're looking for a good place to have your loved one stay at and be taken care of this is not your place. Also the staff will tell you what you want to hear to your face and do something else totally different it is not in the best care for your loved one. Also the staff is notorious for taking things that does not belong to them and then turn around and lying about the whole entire situation.

My grandmother lived here. She fell and hit her head one time. They weren't even going to take her to the hospital! My parents had to go get her and take her to the ER in Pratt. The doctor found out she had a brain bleed due to her fall. Hilltop tried to make her comfortable, she died a week later.
