⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My grandmother recently stayed at Woodlands Rehabilitation Center following her hip replacement surgery, and the care she received was absolutely outstanding. From the moment she arrived, the staff made her feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly cared for. The nursing team was attentive and compassionate, always checking in to ensure her pain was managed and her needs were met. The physical and occupational therapists were phenomenal—patient, encouraging, and dedicated to helping her regain her strength and mobility. They made her therapy sessions enjoyable and celebrated every milestone with her. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. Communication with our family was excellent—we always knew how she was progressing and what the next steps were. Thanks to the exceptional team at Woodlands, my grandmother was able to return home feeling confident, strong, and supported. We are so grateful for the care and kindness she received. Highly recommend to anyone in need of rehabilitation services!

Nursing Staff JoAnn, you are a wonderful example of a team leader, and Rosa, thank you for making sure every small but important need is met—like those early morning routines that mean so much in someone’s personal life. You and the entire nurses’ station team answer phones, manage prescriptions, speak with doctors, and handle emergencies day and night with compassion and professionalism. Your work is not only hard but also deeply meaningful. You are called to this work, and it shows in the way you care for your patients. Transportation Kevin, as the driver, you are truly a servant leader—always willing to go the extra mile, literally and figuratively. You transport patients with kindness, responsibility, and understanding, always making them feel valued and cared for. Your thoughtful and organized approach reflects the planning and effort you put into your work, and it does not go unnoticed. Physical Therapy Heather, Tonia, Blaine, and Om—you make a wonderful team. Always watchful, professional, friendly, and caring, you build patients’ confidence in themselves and help them regain the skills and strength they need to be self-sufficient. You guide them toward independence and the ability to live life fully, whether at home or within the facility.Hair Care Michelle, thank you for making the women at Woodlands Place—including my mom and sister—feel beautiful every Thursday with shampoo, haircuts, and styling. Every woman wants to feel pretty, and you give them that joy. You truly make a difference. Business Office (Medicare/Medicaid Support) Earn, Kim Morgan, and Karen Davis, thank you for working diligently to provide helpful information and to accommodate the needs of families. You handle important details around Medicare, Medicaid, and release days with efficiency and compassion, which eases a great deal of stress for everyone involved. To the Entire Woodlands Team You all understand what it means to work as a team. In many cases, patients are here for end-of-life care, and in others, they are beginning a new chapter through physical therapy. In every circumstance, you provide respect, recognition, encouragement, and the care needed to help patients live their lives to the fullest. I have been at Woodlands Place Rehabilitation Suites for a year and a half! The Physical Therapy and Restorative Care are very professional and caring! Activities Director and her Assistant provide us with great activities and we all have a fun time! The Administrator Barry Walker is very hands on and knows all the long term patients by name! He always takes time to talk to us and take care of our needs!

My Mother was there after breaking her hip July 6,2025, from July 15 until August 20, . The care was execellent, the nurses, aides, physical therapist, cooks, social workers administration,maintence and janitorial is all first class. I would recommend this place to anyone to care for their loved one. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. Love this place❤️

My mom was a resident at The Woodlands Place for three plus years. Her care was very good. The staff was professional and friendly. We were very pleased with her care.
