I have attended different activities at Valley View Village for the last few years. I have always been so impressed with the kindness and professionalism that the staff shows to the residents. I was so happy when my grandmother was able to move to Valley View this past year and she has only confirmed that Valley View is an amazing place for her to live. I cannot express how grateful I am for the care and comfort they give her.

My 95-year-old father spent 3 weeks in VVV Skilled Care after having spent 2 weeks in the hospital with borderline pneumonia and severe overall weakness. His time in the skilled care at VVV was life altering - in a great way! The staff took such good care of him. He loved to banter with them and they treated him in such a loving and caring way. They fed him amazing food that he still talks about! They made sure he understood his therapy and cheered him on so that he was encouraged to keep improving. His room was very clean and had a HUGE window so he didn't feel like he was trapped in between 4 walls. They let us hang up pictures to keep us close to him even when we weren't there. And guess what? He is back home, scooting around the house I grew up in (with a walker) like a champ. My 88-year-old mother is thrilled with the turnaround. My parents are on a waiting list for one of the apartments at The Manor in Valley View Village because they loved the care he received and the conscientious staff that made Dad's stay a great one. I can't wait to get them into their new digs and enjoy the Valley View Campus again! Thank you to all that worked with my Dad. You are all a blessing to our family.
