My Mom was recently admitted to this facility for rehabilitation and possibly skilled nursing. Although I wasn't present when she actually checked in, when I did arrive I was greeted by a wonderful, kind, and caring person named Rebecca. Not knowing much about St. Martha's, Rebecca went above and beyond to make Mom and I feel welcome, and had a wealth of knowledge to share. Another fine lady named Jay, was also extremely personable, and assured me with " Don't worry, Mom's in good hands". The Doctor on staff who attended to my Mom was really personable and thorough as well. Overall, I'm really impressed with the staff at St. Martha's, they are really nice and genuinely care for the residents. Rebecca continues to stay in touch and keep me in the loop as to how my Mom is doing, she is the salt of the earth, and it shows she truly loves her job.
I have been at St. Martha’s Rehab for about two and a half months. I receive wonderful care from the nurses and aides who cheer me up when I’m down. Therapy is outstanding. The food options are plentiful and the Chef Salad is excellent. The residents here are friendly and I enjoyed their company. Social worker and concierge made my stay run smoothly. I appreciate the time that I spent outside the beautiful campus.
This is my 2nd stay at st. Martha's. The rehab team is very professional and share a strong desire to help all receiving care to attain maximum level of independence. I credit the team with my recovering so well from a serious surgery. All staff here encourage patients to enjoy not only physical abilities but to feel at home socially and spiritually. I would recommend st. Martha. Specifically, I want to give very high marks to several people, Tyrese who is a care person who works the night shift always goes above and beyond, and Nay who is also very accommodating and will go out of the way to meet needs and wants. Becky who is the concierge is very effective in her role giving attention to residents their family and staff. She is very involved in providing problem solving and organizing special events. Finally I want to acknowledge Chris, night shift nurse for being responsive to all residents and pitching in when she sees needs. It is my opinion that St. Martha's, when compared to other like programs provides excellent services and makes residents feel at "home".
My Mother in Law has been at St. Martha’s since July. She is 86 and has dementia, we have been very happy with her care. We are there on a regular basis and have always been impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the building. They keep their residence busy with activities. We toured many nursing facilities and this one far surpasses all of them.
I am currently a patient at St Martha's and I am writing this to let you know that while I was there for approximately 6 weeks I received the best of care and hospitality from everyone I came into contact with. I was especially impressed by your concierge Becky who was very attentive to my every need from day 1. I had attentive CNA attention from most on duty but my #1 person was Debbie. I was given the best care by her always. The therapy given was excellent from your therapy persons a d they have me just about ready to return home. I am pleased with my stay
