We have been trying to get a hold of my father in law to talk to him.The secretary kept dropping my call when transferred .I am out of town and wanted to talk to him. Then when I got to talk to someone they keep saying that he was not in the facility. We knew for a fact that he was. Very incompetent staffing and system in keeping track of patience.

Good lord I should have read these reviews before. To late now, my uncle is there he fell off his bed because he tried to sit up to eat because they left him his food there he is an amputee and is cancer ridden. He has a cut in his forehead and another by his temples this is unbelievable I will be making a report his diaper was filthy and you could tell it hadn't been changes in hours. The hospital staff were disappointed when he was received in the ER to tend to his cut because of the fall. They brought it to our attention that his diaper was filthy. I know you people will read this so make it right this is so not right.

Maverick Nursing and Rehab has been an excellent chapter in my life. The people here are constantly teaching me new things and never have let me down. Mrs. Ruby Lara has been an excellent teacher along the way and I’m very thankful for being able to work alongside her.

Recently my relative had a short term stay at this amazing facility, the best part was seeing how the staff showed a lot of care and interest not just to my family member but also all the other residents in the facility. What I believe was the don showed not only that she was the head of nursing but a leader that cared for the staff and residents A+
