I came to Maple Glen Center for rehabilitation after complicated ankle fracture and surgery. Right off the start the staff was very welcoming and professional. I knew exactly what to expect. I made huge progress in therapy and I am able to walk now. The unit manager and unit clerk were always very helpful with all my follow up appointments. My nurses were very attentive and addressed all my needs promptly. The medical care here is very good and I would highly recommend Maple Glen Center for all reahab needs.

My aunt stayed at the Maple Glen Center after a broken hip. They took really good care of her. The staff was great and very helpful. The rehab staff was very effective in assisting my aunt regain her strength and mobility. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail, keeping us informed, and addressed all of our concerns. We would recommend to anyone.

if you love your family members, do not place them in this facility. terrible experience. the nurses are so rude and never respond to the the call bells in a timely manner. they are all just gathered around sitting at the counter on their phones all day long. will let your loved ones sit in soiled and soaked diapers and can't be bothered to even do their job

Honestly, 5 stars isn't nearly enough to properly communicate how wonderful the people and place are. My mother went there on 6/11 for rehab. From day 1, the staff was incredible. Caring. Thoughtful. Accommodating. Nurses, social workers, diet staff, administration. You name it. They informed me of plans and concerns. They met with my wife and I any time we needed it. They always were genuinely empathetic. My mom's plan was to go to Long Term Care after rehab. Unfortunately that never happened and she passed away 6/26. Again the staff was just mind blowing with how much love and support and respect they showed to all of us. My mom was truly blessed these people came into her life, albeit for a short period of time. I will always remember this facility fondly. No words or amount of stars could ever accurately represent how amazing this staff is. Your loved one would be lucky to go here.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the exceptional staff at Maple Glen Center who cared for my 99-year-old mother during her final months. From her initial 2-month rehabilitation period through her hospice care, every single staff member treated her with dignity, compassion, and attentive care. Special recognition goes to Nancy, Marie, and Diane, whose dedication went above and beyond. Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness made such a difference during a difficult time. The entire team—from social services to the hospice nurses and rehabilitation specialists—worked together seamlessly to ensure my mother received the best possible care. What stood out most was how they treated her not just as a patient, but as a person. Their professionalism combined with genuine warmth created an environment where my mother could spend her final days with comfort and dignity. To everyone at Maple Glen Center: thank you for the tremendous impact you made on my mother's life and for the peace of mind you gave our family. Your work matters more than you know.
