Fox Run Manor is such a beautiful facility with the kindest employees I have ever encountered. Everyone is always willing to help navigate you to your next destination or simply take the time to chat with you about your day. Fox Run Manor is very involved with its community and supporting it in different ways!
Fox Run Manor is a wonderful caring community that provides excellent care. My mother recently passed, and the care she received while at Fox Run Manor was exceptional. From the enrollment process to receiving her, everyone was exceptionally helpful. Within 30 minutes of arriving at the facility, she was enjoying dinner. The nurses and other staff we so kind, and the medical staff showed great skill and attention to my mom's unique needs. It's clear that their work is not just a job, it's a calling. I am deeply grateful for everything they did for both mom and our family.
Facility is seriously understaffed. Call lights and patients needs sometimes go unanswered for over an hour. Some nursing staff is very impatient and impose their will on your care and do not listen to your concerns. The one star is for the physical therapy staff, they are AWESOME. very caring and listen to what you are telling them. Some of the things I observed while under care at this facility I would consider elder abuse.
Fox Run Manor is transforming into a wonderful place for our senior citizens! The nursing staff are working hard to take care of all issues, the activities team keep the residents excited with new programs each week, and the new leadership is making great strides at positive changes for the entire building! Also, the senior choir concert was just lovely! Open to all above the age of 55.
