Glenwood Center provides exceptional care in every sense. The staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely compassionate. Communication with families is outstanding, and the environment is both safe and nurturing. I'm deeply grateful for the quality of care and comfort they provide to their residents every day.

Glenwood Center provides exceptional care for my loved one! They are compassionate, attentive, and supportive when it comes to making sure their residents are treated with care. Susan was extremely helpful and understanding with the admission process.

I would really give this place a 4 1/2. The staffing right down to house keeping were pleasant and helpful in their care with my dad. The only thing I wish they would consider changing is the meals. They arrive lukewarm if not cold and they aren't very appealing to look at either. We didn't mind much because I was there and just brought his breakfast and lunch to him. Honestly they were good to us.

Wonderful experience all around while getting my loved one situated through this phase of life. Susan was amazing and very helpful in all aspects.

I am writing this review to express my heartfelt gratitude and deep appreciation for the exceptional care provided for my mother by the team at Glenwood Facility. I would like to thank Susan Mitchell for her outstanding assistance and smooth transition from hospital to the facility. She went overboard to make sure everything was taken care of from paperwork, to communication with the hospital, and continually checking on my mother and the care that she is receiving and continues to check on her. She was a light during some dark days. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this facility is committed to the highest standards of care and compassion. Every interaction with the staff—whether with administrators, nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), or members of the cleaning and support team—was marked by professionalism, respect, and kindness. The administrators, especially Vanessa Butler, ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently. They were attentive, responsive, and consistently available to address our questions and concerns. Their leadership and organization made a significant difference in the overall experience. The nursing staff and CNAs, too many names to mention, although I have come to love and know them personally, have provided not only skilled and attentive medical care but also emotional support that brought great comfort to both my mother and our family. Their patience, empathy, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly thankful for their tireless work. I would also like to commend the cleaning, especially Linda, and maintenance staff, whose efforts often go unnoticed. The facility was always clean, comfortable, and welcoming—creating a safe and pleasant environment for my mother. In every way, your team exemplified what it means to provide excellent and compassionate care.
