Honestly, Florissant Valley surprised us in the best way. The room was super clean and way more comfortable than we expected — not cold or clinical at all. There were a couple of little mix-ups at the start, but the staff jumped on them fast and made sure everything was right. Everyone we met, from nurses to therapists, was kind, down-to-earth, and really cared. You can tell they’re in it for the right reasons. Definitely grateful we ended up here.

My grandma stayed at Florissant Valley Health & Rehabilitation after her hip replacement, and we were really happy with the care she received. The staff was friendly and patient, always checking on her and making sure she was comfortable. Her physical therapy team was especially great — they helped her regain her strength and mobility faster than we expected. She also enjoyed the meals and even made a few friends during her stay. It gave our family peace of mind knowing she was in good hands.

My mother was a short term patient here, everything was copacetic the admission lady was super thoughtful and thorough with my tour! And was a breath of fresh air from other facilities. Although it’s a small facility she made it feel welcoming and thus a major part as to why we chose to keep her here short term. My mother did express that it was sometimes hectic and hard trying to get assistance every-time she needed it but nothing too far out of the ordinary! Thank you Tia your a blessing in disguise and I will surely recommend this facility to family in the future!

This is the worst nursing home ever. When I thought things was gonna get better of them, taking care of my father. They don’t get him out of bed. He don’t get his showers like he supposed to. They barely check on him. He had fell out of the bed multiple times with staff. I do not recommend no one to send a family member to this nursing home. They always staff and they always have an excuse about something. Clothes always coming up missing and never get replaced the worst experience ever.

NOW SHES BEEN IN THE HOSPITAL SINCE TUESDAY. WE'RE JUST NOW FINDING OUT TODAY ON A FRIDAY. THE COMMUNICATION WITH THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE AS HELL. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT MY GRANDMA AT ALL. IF THEY DID THE WOULD DO WHATS RIGHT AND AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH HER FAMILY FOR HER NEEDS. STAFF DOESNT CARE ABOUT ANYBODY BUT THEMSELVES AND THE MONEY.
