My husband recently spent six weeks at Ridgecrest for rehab after a hospital stay. Everyone at Ridgecrest was very kind, helpful, and friendly. My husband received excellent care and therapy while there. Carmen (receptionist) was always helpful. Treasie in the business office kept me abreast of the financial side of my husband’s stay. Kieona and Eden in the social worker office were extremely helpful in both appealing insurance matters and in helping with preparation for at-home care after discharge. Fara and Christian in the physical therapy department worked hard to get my husband back on his feet, and Dava (speech therapist) was helpful with the speech and cognition aspect of my husband’s therapy. The food service was excellent, and a special thank-you goes to all the nurses, techs, and others who we encountered on Hall 2. They were a dedicated group who cared about all their patients. The housekeeping staff was pleasant and thorough in their work. Thanks to the care my husband received at Ridgecrest, he was able to go home for at-home care sooner than we expected.
I came to see my cousin this last weekend. She was happy to be here. She telling me how the staff treats her very good and therapy is good, they are getting her walking again. She will be going home soon. Thank you Ridgecrest staff for everything you have done for her.
Everyone is so welcoming and nice. They take such great care of my sister. I leave there knowing that she is in good hands. Great place
The staff have been wonderful to my Mother in law. She's only been there a little bit, everyone has been kind and considerate. The have been accommodating with her nerves and she does like it for rehab. Office staff has been very very helpful. Thank you Lori. Thank you Ridgecrest.
My 89 yo father was in this rehab center for 7 weeks. The staff was so kind and caring to my dad. Their concern for his recovery and rehabilitation was very genuine. We received a warm welcome from Lori and Anitra, who helped us get him checked in. Then, Kieona provided us direction and what we could expect throughout his stay until the last day he left (very helpful!). Tresea was very helpful with his insurance and kept us informed while he was there. Isaac and the rest of the PT team were very patient and incredible! They worked so well with my dad and were so very kind and encouraging to help him get better. Tonya, his night nurse, was absolutely precious! My dad wanted to hangout with her at the nurses station because she was so kind and caring to him. The doctors and wound care teams were also very good with my dad and ensured he got the medical attention he needed. And lastly, we appreciated the great meals he was served 3 times a day (he gained 12 pounds!) that was prepared by Bert and his kitchen team (and he was always so friendly and kind wanting to make sure my dad enjoyed his meals). Thank you Ridgecrest for caring for my dad and helping us get him back to himself and strong enough to go home! You were all so critical to his recovery and we appreciate you so much!
