My wife has been here several times in the past few years for therapy and she has been very happy with everything that VVV has done for her. They are always nice friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had. The staff is always friendly and go out of the way to make her stay as enjoyable as possible. GREAT JOB TO EVERYONE I HAVE MET . THANK YOU

My 91 year old father was discharged from the hospital in a very weak state and far below his baseline. We had the good fortune of admitting him in Valley View's rehab wing for a 3-week stay where he regained his strength and mobility and he rebuilt some social skills interacting with residents and the team who supported him during his stay. Dad was skeptical and very reluctant at first, but he immediately felt at ease as he began to understand the benefits he'd receive from the facility. In the end, he left in better physical and mental health than he had been in years. We were wholly impressed with entire staff! We of course knew they had excellent PT and OT personnel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the genuinely joyful and attentive administrative, kitchen, custodial, activities, and maintenance crews. Additionally, Dr. Thompson was outstanding and helped us navigate necessary medicine changes and he gave us advice on lifestyle changes that we are incorporating now that he's back in his home. Our experience was extremely positive and we'd highly recommend Valley View.

I visited two residents, both on different days.,their residence and hallways were clean and free of clutter. All staff that passed them were friendly to the residents. The second time I went was right before lunch. Both a male CNA and dietary assistant Renee knocked before entering their room. made eye contact, explained what they had to do. Both were pleasant , polite and had a conversation with both residents.i noticed both employees and a housekeeper had smiles, , their dress was professional and their tone of voice showed their concern ,care and patience.Thank you and hope this is the attitude you want from all your employees.

Good meeting with the care team and as a result can pick up clothing items that would improve her comfort and wellbeing. The team clearly knew her needs and her general satisfaction with her surroundings. We are pleased about the quality of her life at Valley View. Thank you.
