If I could give this 0 stars i would! Just from the parking, you could tell it’s sketchy disgusting and filthy even when you enter the vibe was really off as if a horror movie has been filmed here. You felt really intense and terrified by the conditions, and the people that are taking care of the patients ! They are horrible humans being they shouldn’t even be working there!!!! Just disgusting they treat them horrible & Talk about them, The nurses there are just in the hallway goofing around. It’s so loud they said they would go change the patient. But they were doing nothing. They were just in the hallway talking to each other. It’s really a joke here. I would never even send my worst enemy there! I don’t even know how this place is still running It should be shut down. There was multiple of us that went to go visit a patient and we already had been there for an hour somebody told on us so they kicked two of us out and said that only two people could be visiting another time, but nobody had told us anything when we had got there just very unorganized and horrible people. They just look miserable and like they just hate their life and job. Please don’t send your love ones there (we will be calling a help line to report this abuse). I felt like I took evil spirits home with me .
Dirty. Understaffed, 8 people to a room, very inhumane. Your loved ones deserve better
Awesome place they took great care of my father in law, the staff was great. My father in law had been in a couple of homes before and he was not happy, his needs were not being met. Once he was moved to Sunnyside you can see the difference in care he received.. Thank you Sunnyside!😊
This place is extremely uncapped, and the patients are not taken care of the CNA‘s are always just sitting around doing nothing conversation and not checking in on these people that rely on them and it’s a very sad sight to see it’s upsetting. The nurses are overworked and extremely understaffed this place either needs new management or just needs to be closed down because it’s just sad.
This is the ugliest the most horrible and unclean facility I have ever ever come upon. CNAs are completely overworked nobody else does a damn thing
