I have been entering and visiting this community for 5 years now. I am always greeted with happy staff, clean smells and happy residents. I have spent many visits sitting with residents in the front living room, I ask them how they enjoy living there. I have never heard anyone have bad things to say. The staff is long tenured together and work well together.
River Valley took excellent care of my loved one during their stay. The staff is professional and went to great depths to make sure I was able to remain in communication virtually with my family member during the Covid visitation restrictions. The facility is clean, welcoming, and the healthcare providers take great care of their residents. The leadership team and Director of Nursing were always available to answer any questions and kept our family informed of our loved ones recovery. Thanks, River Valley!
I live there the place is great, excellent staff always friendly and eager to help . The food is great the activities are always fun and exciting. Couldn't ask for a better bunch of staff members. I would like to thank them all for everything they do for us Thanks again Carl Tyler
How this facility has the star count it has must be employees and staff giving the good star reviews because by NO MEANS DOES THIS PLACE TAKE CARE OF THE RESIDENTS OR SKILLED NURSING PATIENTS. My mom was there over 24 hours. I had to call the facility multiple times just to get her cleaned as they left her for nearly 2hours in her own mess. The facility stinks. They have to share a room but suppose to be in a isolation for the first 14 days (that makes no sense). DO NOT TAKE A LOVED INE HERE!
Small facility, but I love the way they see to my husband. Since COVID they have been short handed. Everyone there works their tails off to make sure patients are getting proper care. I tip my hat to all of them
