Reviews
My mom has been in the care of Magnolia Ridge for most of this year, following a marked decline in her cognitive abilities, and a dramatic life change. Everyone from admissions to the medical staff, from case workers to the business office, and everyone in between has been so wonderful, not only to my mom, but to our family. Anytime there has been an issue with my mom's care, or something that didn't go 100% as planned (which is the way life goes), someone is on the phone very quickly with my sister or me to update us on what's going on, and how they are making sure mom is ok. Anytime we have a question on the billing process, or helping my mom get the type of coverage and insurance she needs, the business office is so helpful and patient with me as we walk through that, frankly taking a lot of the load off of me by pointing me in the right direction. My experience with Magnolia Ridge has been fantastic, and I'm so thankful they are there, doing what they do.
The staff are the best. They’re very caring and attentive. My mother is happy there. She has several times how sweet everyone there is. They are also very quick to call when there are any changes to my mother’s health.
I cannot say enough how kind these people have been…especially on the rehab hall. My aunt was treated with the utmost dignity and respect by all her caregivers. I would like to most importantly recognize: Ceirra Chambers Paula Davison Sherry Eddings Angela Ferguson Rachael Harris Jathan Aaron and so many more! You’all have made the last 4 months of her life filled with caring, love, respect and the very best care imaginable. You all are angels ❤️ It’s obvious you’all love what you do!
Horrible horrible horrible!!! Please do not send your loved ones here.if you have please transfer them to another facility…I am convinced any review with more than one star is by a staff member trying to keep the faculty from closing down or a delusional family member who has never stepped foot in this horrid place.
I’m actually surprised at the change! It seems all the horrible things I saw before have turned around. My grandmothers care has become amazing! The place is decorated nicely and feels homey. My grandmother seems to like the people who care for her. Thank you for turning the place around. Oh, the food could be a bit better or more filling. I know diet can be based on health matters but the food has always been subpar.
