One of the best places. They are so loving to everyone, they love their jobs and are happy to be there. I never worry about my Mother when I'm not there, I know she is well cared for. Thank you Peak Resourses for taking such great care of my Mom. Charlene Hargett

My mother went to Peak Resources Gastonia in October from the hospital for rehab. She was on the 200 hall which wasn’t that bad. She was moved to the 400 hall for long term. It awful her food was always cold and tasted terrible. (she very few decent ones). A family member was with my mother everyday. We always would have to wait for someone to come to come in her room to check on her. I know they have other patients but 30 minutes is too long. We would see some of the workers hiding in the rooms. Some of the workers would be hiding in my mother’s room on their phone or tablet. I would have to clean my mother’s room every weekend. As much as they charge for a room there it should be top notch. They were some of the workers that were good and we let them know how much we appreciated them. When I say workers that’s from administrators, nurses and CNA. My mother was so sweet to them and it was really hard to see how she was treated. I don’t know how it would have been if someone didn’t go to see her every day. The last day my mother was there and the family was there as she was dying they were good. I definitely would not recommend this nursing home. If you have a family member that has to go there you better go everyday.
