5 stars! i had never been to a rehab hospital and was anxious about what to expect. I was there for 10 days with 2 broken arms. an Exceptional facility! ALL nursing staff was extremely caring and professional. The OT and PT staff were also amazing. Great care, very friendly, and encouraging! I highly recommend The Center At Foresight if you need extra care after a hospital stay! Only POSITIVE things to say!

The Center at Foresight provided exceptional care for my great-grandmother during hospice, as they have throughout her rehabilitation stays over the years. Their staff is consistently compassionate, professional, and welcoming, offering support not only to her but to our entire family. We are truly grateful for the comfort and community they provide.

I was at Foresight twice this year, the first time for 7 weeks and the second time for 5 weeks. The hard-working nurses, CNAs, cleaning staff and other personnel all made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their knowledge, compassion and kindness were exceptional. The therapy department is the best. Their knowledge, guidance and encouragement were an integral part of my recovery. Becca, the director of the therapy department, paired me each time with just the right group of therapists that she knew I would need for my recovery. Because of these dedicated women and men, I was able to return home with confidence.

My father stayed at the Center at Foresight after a serious fall, and I can’t praise them enough. Everyone there makes you feel like family — it’s comforting to know your loved ones are in such capable hands.

If you're like me and live in Mesa County Colorado, you've no doubt driven past the big new 3-story building on Patterson Rd. at E. Foresight Circle just east of 25 Rd., and wondered, what exactly is, "The CENTER at Foresight". Well wonder no more . . . because my Mother (90) needed to be placed in a care facility for a few weeks while my Father (91) recovered from heart surgery, and as it turns out there is no better care facility in GJ. None! And I'm convinced of this after visiting my Mother twice daily for the 2 weeks she just spent there and never once being anything but impressed. Wow! The staff (Jessica, Rachel, Maura, Leola, Sara, Oliver, Josie, Colleen, and [phonetically it's] "L Lee Zaa" :-) , and the many more I'm sure I've left out!), were absolutely gracious, helpful, caring, extremely competent and ever attentive to my Mother and her needs. Everyone of them I met and everyone of them all had such great personalities that they kept my Mom in great spirits her entire stay! A couple comedians in that bunch too, which kept my Mom laughing regularly as well. Perfect since she loves to laugh! Her room, like the entire facility, was kept spotless at all times too (my Mother's biggest pet peeve and not a peep from her the whole time, so yeah... CLEAN!). It's a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere at "The Center" as well. From the beautiful giant window views in each room and at the end of each wing in the sitting areas, as well as the spectacular views from the, "Quiet Room" and the "Puzzle Room" and library area in the large center of the building. A very nice space to be in and not an "Industrial" feel at all like some care facilities in the Grand Valley. Of course, the idea of leaving my Mother anywhere(!) is and always has been a stressful thing for me to have to do, so I wasn't looking forward to having to leave my Mother yet again while my Father had another surgery. But that no longer worries me . . . at all! And as far as my Mother's opinion (and she's pretty picky at nearly 91...ha), she says she's looking forward to "seeing all her new friends again" when she'll be staying there next Spring while my Father gets new knees! Obviously, as the entire facility is brand new, it's filled with state of the art equipment, so that's yet another concern that I scratched off my worry list. The meals were tailored to my Mother's dietary needs and tastes too and so that was a non-issue as well. If I were to give the staff and facility a letter grade it's easily an A+. Easily! So . . . . now like me, you know what that three story, pretty new building is all about, and I couldn't be happier to have The CENTER here in Grand Junction, or to leave this review after such a wonderful experience with such wonderful people. Thanks everyone at The CENTER!!! (ps - Mom says, "Tell them hello and that we'll come visit one day soon." ;-) )
