Like Many nursing homes, this one has fairly standard looks and feel - food is ok and the environment is what you'd expect from a long -term care facility .But what really stood out to me wasn't the building or the meals - it was watching the Nurse Practitioner care for a resident who was not even my family member. I wish I asked her her name , she is the blonde one in lab coat. The level of compassion , patience and attention she showed was something special. You could tell she truly cared, not just doing a job but making someone's day better . That kind of genuine care is rare and deserves to be recognized. keep it up!

I toured with Nancy Lewis and I can tell you that she truly made me feel as though this would be a great home for my loved one. Her compassion and grace during our visit was nothing more than amazing. The building is clean, new and beautiful. I look forward to future plans with her!

As long as my brother is good I am good. I visit my brother often and it's always good here at Arden. I met a lady named Rulanda and she was absolutely fabulous with my brother. I know my brother is in good hands.

Is there a rating for 0 stars? We have had to deal with this place since end of 2020 when our father went in. He had advanced Aphasia and Alzheimers. The care was horrible!! Are there some decent staff there? Yes. But few and far between. The aids dont want to be there and most times you find them in the break rooms. At least on the third and 4th floors. My mother, who has dementia was brought there around Sept or so of 2021. Our father passed away there in May of 2022. Mom is still there. The patients, including g my father and now my mother who recently wears diapers, sit in their dirty diapers for hours. The place smells horrific of piss and poop. Other than the first floor, which of course is where the offices are, the rest of the floors have zero air flow. In the warm months it is hot as hell in there and the way they deal with it is giants fans that so nothing but blow the stench around. The place is filthy. You get floors mopped randomly with just the mop tossed around the floor but with no deep cleaning. The food... the food is horrendous. Ice cold. Horrible. I have complained numerous times. When my father was there his care was aborhent. My visits mostly constituted of me finding him in his soaked diaper left in his wheelchair in the dining area. For my mother on the 3rd floor, I tried to take a pic of all the aides in the break room, no one in the halls or comforting or caring for patients other than one nurse overloaded with no time. My mother's clothes constantly go missing even though they are marked with her name. Blankets and pillows we've purchased, gone. Nobody knows anything. Have the cna's dont know what my mother has. Only one aide is awesome, barbara. And she is there doing most all the work and is only one person. My mother has fallen and no notes left about it. Recently she fell and thoough they called my sister about it, they dont know how long she was on the floor! They found her at 6am on the floor, clutching a blanket she pulled to keep her warm. They do not check the rooms regularly and apparently at all over night. I took pictures of the nast kitchen in the break room covered in mold they finally cleaned that. God knows how much mold is in the ice machine. I can go on and on. The main elevator hasn't worked in MONTHS! The place is in need of serious repairs and upgrades. My blame is on the owners of this SNF home. Completely and 100% falls on them . They have plenty of money and there is zero reason for the shape the building is in and the lack of qualified aides and nurses. Pay them better. You are getting plenty of state money and societal security and pension payments. Do better!!

My main problem with this place is the food. It's not great but that's not the big issue. The biggest problem is they don't follow instructions. I told them in multiple occasions that I don't eat eggs yet they still gave me eggs. On top of that I cannot eat turkey because I will have a gout attack. And still They gave me turkey on 4 occasions. My other issue is their elevator was not working for about a month. Only elevator working was the service elevator located down a not so nice smelling hallway. And my personal blanket came up missing and no showed any concern
