My great-grandma was in this facility and is was not taken care of at all. Her medicines were being taken by the workers. She had broken ribs. She is out now. Please if you love your family members DO NOT take them here. Horrible they need to be shut down.

My mother was placed there for rehab services. I had to remove her because of the horrible care she received. In the 2 weeks she was there, when I removed from their SUPPOSED CARE, she was sent to the hospital with in 18 hrs of arriving home. When Home Health Nurse arrived, she had double pneumonia, extremely high blood pressure, a severe urinary track infection and suffering from congestive heart failure. All because, per the hospital staff, of the INADEQUATE & LACK OF CARE by Hillcrest staff and the house doctor. She passed away 7 days later. She went in alert, vibrant and with all her faculties. Within in 8 days she started to decline. I repeatedly daily called and check on her health and visited every 2 to 3 days, constantly involved in her care. Only to be lied to at the expense of her life. By the way she passed away in Feb. 2021 so I've had a long time to consider if I should or how to word this review. But family members need to know the truth.

I don't like this place too much I can already tell the facility is not going to give the care my family member needs or the rehab she's supposed to get. You know you get a feeling when you walk into a place and as I was walking to the door I was already getting that feeling and I could tell when I seen her that things were not going good. The family needs to get her out of there and into a facility that is going to give her the rehab she needs as they were told when they moved her closer to home which isn't real close by the way, but the family was under the impression that she would get what she needed at this facility from a very unhappy family member.

We have a good friend in Hillcrest Manor. Every time we visit the staff is so kind and accommodating. We notice they go out of their way to do kind little things for the people in their care. It is decorated in a happy, cute way. They even have live birds in the dining room for the residents to observe. We are impressed.
