This place has incompetent staff. Dad had a big bed sore that they missed. They failed to turn him on the bed during his 2 month stay and it got worst.
Hopefully Beachside is still around when I need my hip replacement. The staff deliver an incredible experience during what would be difficult times.
They are understaffed. My wife waited 1 hour with call light on before an attendant came to help. Left my wife and she called 1 hr later to tell me. Totally unacceptable!
So far, not too happy. One week after major hip surgery, here for rehab. They continuously "run out of my husbands pain medication" and have to 'find some'. The staff is very caring, but there seems to be a few balls that just "get dropped" and hard to sleep there is so much noise, laughter among staff and loud talking at night. The therapy team is Great and since I initially wrote, the issues with meds have been fixed. All in all, this is a very caring facility. We spoke with Admin. and feel that our concerns were heard. We would recommend this facility to others.
