This place has been incredible. My dad has had a complex medical journey due to complications of an incident the summer of 2025. This place has been the BEST. Yea, there are always bad apples in every place, but this place had few, compared to the other places where dad was at so far. I loved most of whom I crossed paths with. I walked out with friends and reconnected with one from the past, nice surprise. I loved a couple of the night nurses, the nurses assistants I became friends with and I have had a great experience. Other employees that went beyond their jobs to assist with concerns, were unbelievably great. They were compassionate and so caring of my father's needs due to known obstacles and hindrances. If we have to return, I already look forward to doing so - knowing my dad will be in good hands. 5 stars is not justified, I recommend more amount of stars.

We have two loved Ones at this facility. One of them has been there for 4 years. Bearing in mind, it s a business, this facility goes to great lengths to meet the needs of residents and their family members. There is an overall friendly atmosphere that resonates thtoughout and that makes visiting much easier. It is generally clean without the stench of urine in the air. While it is not perfect, the director seems to strive for that, as much as is possible and we appreciate her willingness to engage and communicate.

My mother has been here several days so far to recover from an injury. The staff has been very pleasant and professional. The facilities are very nice. The room is a decent size with a window overlooking an inner courtyard area with plants and seating. My mom was very complimentary of the staff members, saying they always addressed her by name and it feels like a more personal connection. She’s also much happier with the food here than from when she was at the hospital!

The friend who I am visiting is comfortable and has good things to say about the staff and the food. The facility is pristine and every member of staff has been so very friendly and helpful. Kaia (sp?) who was taking Jane to OT impressed me with her smile, her attention to Jane and her positive attitude. It was a pleasure meeting her, and feeling that she really loves helping her patients.

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding care my mother receives at River City Nursing and Rehab Center. From the moment we arrived, Lillie Pelier welcomed us with warmth and understanding. Compassion and professionalism are consistently demonstrated by the staff here. The facility itself is clean, inviting, and well maintained. They have exceeded my expectations in every regard. I could not be more grateful. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a nurturing and supportive environment for their loved one. Thank you to all the Staff! Zabrina Meadows
