Pruitt Health takes good care of my mother in law and the staff is so nice. Lorie Humphries is the BEST.. She works so hard to take care of our Medicaid issues. Stacy at the front desk is great too and is always so helpful when I call.

I don't believe anyone wants to spend the last remaining days of his or her life in a nursing facility, but thats not always possible to avoid. My mother-in-law is a full time resident at Pruitt and receives excellent care. The nursing and admistration staff has been so helpful to work with answering our questions and addressing all of the family's concerns. Inside, the facility is clean and outside is well maintained. I recommend Pruitt Health Care, and suggest giving the administration staff a call for all of your questions and a walk-thru tour.

Great Staff , nice place to have your family members for Rehab. My only wish is that they had more help. It’s hard to get someone to come when the call button is pushed because there is no way 2 or 3 CNA’s can be everywhere they are needed . But when they do come they are very kind and attentive. So are the Nurses , Office Staff , Physical Therapist and Housekeepers . They should all be paid good wages . I am very happy we chose this facility for our mom. Thank you Pruitt Health Care Staff for treating my mom so good .

Our loved one has been at PruittHealth Jasper for about two years. She has been well cared for by a staff who are loving and supportive to her. Any questions or concerns we have had are always handled quickly and efficiently. From the office staff to the nurses and aides, she had always been treated lovingly with dignity and grace.

My mom was in the Rehabiliation Center at Pruitt Healthcare in 2024 where she received outstanding care. They assisted in making her stronger to where she was able to come home. However, several months later due to declining health she had to be admitted again. There was no hesitation that Pruitt is where she needed to be. The staff is friendly, the building is cleaning, and she sees a doctor each week who keeps a good check on her. Working with the administration office has been easy, and straightforward. I'm aware no one wants to be in a full time nursing facility but if your love one needs that constant on-site care, Pruitt Healthcare in Jasper is the place.
