My Mother is now at Lancaster Heath Services and she has excelled once she arrived here socially, health, over all in a better place. She is greeted every day by staff and they have become family to her. I have such confidence and relief knowing she is in great care and she has someone at all times compared to when she lived alone. Her room at the Heatlth Services is just like home and they let us make it as close to what she has known in her home for 58 years . Would recommend this place to any family that wants to have the peace of mind of there loved one in great hands.

I am writing to commend the exceptional staff. The level of care provided to my grandmother is consistently outstanding. She frequently expresses her profound gratitude for the team's unwavering dedication and kindness in executing such a demanding profession. Furthermore, the facility maintains a high standard of cleanliness, which is evident as it is always free of unpleasant odors, a significant factor that contributes positively to the overall environment.

Very much agree with the review of Michelle Casper. I had a parent here approximately four years ago. She died a few weeks after I got her out. The administration is awful and profit driven. They lie and there is minimal care given-minimal. My mom took multiple falls and it was always due to "patient tripping over cord". There would never be any ownership that they did not respond to calls. There is no supervision of other residents going into other patient's rooms, many who have aggressive type behaviors. They lie also on their response times to care for patients and over medicate patients due to being short staffed. They do not care. Ownership and administration continue to make money off of residents and their trusting families. All I can say is I could not go to sleep every night knowing that I was a part of keeping this awful system running. I just hope that people read these reviews and do nit put a loved one in this facility.

Our dad has been in this facility since the end of June. He is receiving the best care possible. When we have questions or concerns they listen and find solutions. KBSJE

Family member fell down several times. Would wait hours for water to drink. Found medication a few times on their floor even after reporting the issue. Room was often dusty on a normal basis. You'd find most of the staff gossiping with each other. I've seen other residents covered in urine clothes and not changed for long period of times. Staff would neglect to call POA or close family of a resident even when resident would ask them to call their family. Things were stolen from resident's (family member) room and never found or replaced. Sent emails and receipts to staff and most of the time nothing was returned back. I dealt with a lot of untrained staff members who didn't know how to do their job. Some of it only took common sense. Sadly my loved one died last month (2025), before I could get them removed from this place and into a safer place!
