I had a deeply disappointing experience at Lodi Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. The staff came across as hostile, overly inquisitive, and unprofessional, showing little regard for patient dignity or care. Their manner of questioning felt intrusive rather than supportive, which only added to the hostile atmosphere. I personally witnessed a patient in a wheelchair struggling to get through a door while multiple staff members including a male nurse named Andrew ignored them and offered no assistance. This kind of neglect is unacceptable in a place entrusted with the well-being of vulnerable individuals. Based on what I observed, I would never leave my loved ones here, and I strongly recommend seeking other facilities in the area that prioritize compassion, professionalism, and patient support

I was not a happy camper when I got to this place and I made sure everyone knew it. Haneef, the director of nursing came to speak to me and he and his amazing staff literally bent over backwards to make sure I was not just comfortable but as happy as I could be considering my circumstance. To say that the people here care about people is a gross understatement. They do really care and are passionate about helping. I'm so grateful to them for helping me heal. ❤️

Several years ago, new ownership and leadership took the helm here, and the improvements since then have been remarkable. The level of care has noticeably increased, with staff who are committed, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s clear that the team takes pride in their service, and the difference shows. The facility itself is brighter, cleaner, and more welcoming than ever.

The staff is well trained, very professional and caring. The Director of Social Service Jaime is especially service focused and takes care of every detail during your stay. I couldn’t be more pleased with her treatment. There LVNs Nickolas and Mai were especially attentive to my condition. I would recommend this facility for any physical rehab.

I’m Currently @ Lodi Rehab for PT, OT! This is the 3rd facility I’ve used. I have Texted all Family and Friends to Definitely Consider bringing your Loved Ones Here! There are different CNA personnel some you can feel a connection with… They are busy but I find overall decent. The Nurses are great and I already have a List of Names I will leave with the Director of Nursing. The Facility is CLEAN 🧼. You don’t hear any Moans or groans from unattended patients. I suggest you drop in for a tour prior to making your selection, of course you can schedule but I found that many places that give the Scheduled tours tend to be dog 🐶 and pony shows. Too many of other facilities are “Just want a warm body” to occupy the bed, to collect Money or Insurance. It’s actually affordable without having to pay through the nose 👃! They’ve even have activities and much more to offer!!
