I still love this place and they hold high standards. Unfortunately, we are in a crisis with our medical personnel being burnt out and understaffed to meet corporate greed for profit. When I was here, they were so dearly understaffed . Those who were there were doing their best
I can't say anything about the facility but my mom was in their care for about 2 months before she passed. She was on hospice care and one of the nurses refused to administer my mom her medication when she was writhing in pain. They also let her stay in her biological mess after she soiled herself. Lastly, getting Alma in the business office to answer an email or call you back is about the equivalent of pulling teeth.
I should have never left my mom there.
I did not like this place. Nursing home to place my mother.I had appointment at 2:00 pm. I went to room and woman was on phone-hateful to me. Looked for woman I made appt with. She was working on copier. Women at second station were cursing and talking bad about others. No one came to front desk where I was waiting. At 15 of 3:00 pm I left.
Lost my Granny's clothes, and her snuggle was stolen.👀🙄.
Caretaker George was AWESOME👍👍👍😁🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌☺️
Wonderful people took great care of my Dad.
