My father has rehab in this facility and I was very satisfied. Nurse Lacey CULP went above and beyond to make sure he was helped and in communicating with me everything I needed to know in terms I understood. She answered all of my questions and when she didn’t know the answer she found it. Rose from admissions was professional and prompt with all of our needs and his usual night time aid Cassandra Mack was beyond amazing! She gave me peace of mind in the evenings going home and leaving him there in her hands. Overall this was a wonderful experience And I truly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation or long term care! I’m very thankful!
My uncle Russell was there for rehab and Shauna Adam to excellent care of him she was very kind and attentive to his needs
Staff was friendly and courteous. Social worker Brooke went above and beyond to get my mom discharged properly. Very accessible when I visited. Great communication.
My mother was there for a short stay. Do not put your loved one there! The cleaning and janitorial staff always have something to say about the residents and discuss them openly in the hallways. Many, many COVER UPS for what could be covert ABUSE and NEGLECT. My mother's stay was horrifying. I had called for the ombudsman a few times. Our mother would have been dead by now had we not got her out !!! She was fearful and upset always and made of lot of claims of being handled harshly. Oh, and those " night meds"
My mother stayed at this facility after a brief hospital visit. I chose this facility based on the online reviews. She was having trouble walking following a very bad seizure. She is 85 and has Alzheimer's. I honestly wasn't sure if she would fully recover from this. After two days in this facility with the PT/OT dept, she was lifting her right leg again. They were fantastic with getting her motivated and yet very patient with her. The aides and nurses were also very caring and patient with her. She had absolutely NO BED SORES. Which is amazing for the amount of time an elderly person who does not walk well spends in the bed/wheelchair. I could tell she was very well taken care of. I was there everyday and the activities they have to entertain the patients is amazing. This place will be my first choice if I am ever in need of care for her again.
