No sense of urgency! Everytime I use the nurse call button it takes them 30-45 mins to respond. They don’t declare the kinds of medication they give you. Lack of security. Air condition is not working too hot even at night. Food is disgusting. Rude staff

Best Care Team ever!! They took extremely good care of my father during his 20 days stay, accelerating his recovery. All the nurses, CNAs, doctors, therapists and admin staff (including the receptionists) were super helpful, attentive and personal in dealing with my dad. They are always cheerful and positive during our most difficult times. A bonus is that the meals are really good, even for my dad who is super picky with his food. I highly recommend this facility because the staff not only just do what one expects of a nursing home, they even run the extra mile of ensuring questions are answered and any issues taken care off after the normal office hours. That is a gem which is particularly rare these days! Good job Amanda, Tracy, and all the admin for running an awesome facility!!
