Reviews
My mother recently stayed at Franciscan and overall had a wonderful experience. Nurses Nazima and Rashpal were amazing and took excellent care of her. I would have loved to leave a full 5-star review; however, my mother did have a negative experience with one of her aides, Aliya. She mentioned that the aide entered the room with a strong odor of marijuana, refused to assist her to the bathroom, and instead encouraged her to use her brief. She also had a noticeably poor attitude when asked to help with simple tasks. Aside from that, the care she received was great, and we would still recommend Franciscan.
This place is absolutely wonderful! They are respectful towards their patients and their family. My husband is very happy here. The care team has great communication to give the best care that they can. The nursing staff is highly skilled and professional. The facility is very clean. The staff welcomes you with kindness and is there to help with any needs you may have. I highly recommend this lovely facility.
I hope they post my survey with this. I want to say I had a beautiful time at this facility. Clean, professional, fun and welcoming place to recover at. An uncomfortable thing to have to go through recovery from something physical. It's rough but yet they met my every need and made my stay there very easy to deal with. I would mention names and there are some very good ones but even the smallest gesture of help goes a long way to heel someone physically or emotionally. All Mindful Kindness acts have a positive impact and it becomes a group effort, so no names. You know who you are if your kind it's built in! God blessed you all and God blessed me with all of you. Thank you, Lenora Webb
This is the 2nd time in as many years that my husband has required extended rehab stays at Franciscan as a result of complications from a Covid infection exacerbated by his immunocompromised health status. During both stays, staff at every level & in every department have been attentive and accessible. It's remarkable how the many moving parts of rehab all manage to come together to benefit patients in a way that's considerate & respectful of individual communication styles (& cultures). The facility itself is older w/o the ammenities of newer buildings. But what really matters is that Franciscan is continuing to offer a high quality of care even as corporate American greed continues to reduce healthcare workers to cogs.
My mother was at Franciscan for a couple of weeks and received the best care while there. The staff were very attentive and were very patient while she recovered. From the business office to the nurses, all made this difficult time much more bearable.
